Made with heirloom tomatoes fresh from the garden and some organic yellow crooked neck squash. The “Cheese Sauce” is made with pine nuts and sprouted sunflower seeds, fresh basil, thyme and majoram from the garden, black pepper, lemon juice and nutritional yeast……..a pinch of celtic sea salt olive oil and julienned fresh basil to finish. It was dehydrated for about 5 hours at 105. It was devoured in about 5 minutes! It’s ITALIANO!
