Hi ya, I'm trying to get into juicing and to stay, I end up doing it seasonally and falling in and out of it.
However, I know it's good for me, and that it makes me feel good. I just ordered a new and different type of juicer, Trying to get serious and get away from the sentrificular type I started out with. I want greens to juice correctly and I don't want to worry about distruction of my juice by the method of juicing. I want contact with others who juice, and an email list/group would be perfect for me. Blogs and web group messages are dificult for me to read as I am a blind computer user and the speech program I use is just hard to use in those sorts of situations. Or at least not as easy as emailing for me personally. If you know of any email groups, please me know. Or if anyone who juices would like to exchange emails I'd be up for that. Thanks, Matt Here's my tipical juice, I call it the green glop and my family hates it, but I love it, 1 cucumber with peel, one tomato, one garlic clove, 1 jalapeno, 3 to 5 celery stalks, 2 limes peeled, 1 lemon not peeled, salt and red pepper to taste, I just use a pinch of red pepper and a dash of salt, and depending on mood, I may throw in an apple for sweetness, or carrots or whatever, sometimes cabbage.
