		<description>Yes, going raw or even mostly raw will help anyone to lose weight. However, bear in mind what you eat that is not raw vegan, will make a huge difference! For instance, if you eat 80% raw vegan and 20% cooked foods that include: 
french fries
burgers
ice cream
pizza

And other things like that... you will NOT lose the weight and you will quite possibly hurt your body. Maintain a vegan diet and if you stray from raw, keep it unprocessed foods (no pizza) and make your own darn ice cream with frozen bananas and an ice cream maker! (blend them up first and then put them in there.)</description>

It is interesting to see about 90% of the food on this list, my Chinese family eat them regularly. Ginger was in every dish.
