Dare To Be Raw

Our mission is to help as many people get as raw as they can. Our hope is that you will add at least 50% raw vegan foods into your daily routine. Adding only 50% will make a tremendous difference in your life, your health, your attitude and you will find yourself eventually wanting more raw foods.

We want to make it easy to create living food cuisine. A lot of people say, “I don’t have time” or “EWWW! That sounds icky!” Our answer is simple. If you make a little time now to take care of your body with live foods, then later on, you might not need to visit the doctor so much! As for the taste? Gourmet living foods are the most tasty, delicious foods you will ever encounter!

The logic is so simple. Give your body what it needs: good nutrition. Give it the foods it craves. It’s been proven over and over again that a plant based diet is what we are meant to eat.

It’s also been scientifically proven that cooking foods above 118 degrees kills the living enzymes. If a person ingests a large amount of cooked foods, the white blood cell count actually goes up because the body sees this intake as toxins, not as food. In essence, when you cook your food you are cooking the life right out of it.

As for the protein question? You will get 14, yes FOURTEEN times more protein ounce for ounce from kale than you will from a steak. But let’s talk basics. Your body uses amino acids to build protein. You have most of them already and only need 8 from outside sources. You can get all 8 from a plant based diet and you will get them much easier and faster than if you have to break them down like you do from meat or cooked foods.

Plus did we mention, it’s GREEN!!!!! Yes, eating a living food diet is one of the greenest choices you can make. Most people know that lovely cow farts contribute to the global warming problem in a big way. So buy local produce at your farmer’s markets and be one of the enlightened beings on the planet who values life. ALL animal life.

What should you do next? EDUCATE yourself. Find out your own truths and discover your own path. But at least start eating more fresh greens every day while you’re learning about raw foods and what they can do for your health.
