Ginger Hemp Super Shake

  • 1 Fennel
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 handfuls red or green grapes
  • 1 handful Parsley
  • 1 cup young thai Coconut water*
  • 1 orange
  • 1 T hemp seed oil
  • Love
  • 1″ginger root
  • 1″ inch turmeric root or  1 t powdered turmeric

Blend everything in Blendtec or Vitamix and be amazed at your energy. Feel the vitality!

Hemp has been grown for at least the last 12,000 years for fiber (textiles and paper) and food. It has been effectively prohibited in the United States since the 1950s.

George Washington and Thomas Jefferson both grew hemp. Ben Franklin owned a mill that made hemp paper.

Jefferson drafted the Declaration of Independence on hemp paper…our government needs to wake up ..!!!

(All ingredients organic except where noted with *)

Ingredients:

Rawnola: 1 cup each Soaked and sprouted:

  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Buckwheat Groats
  • Sunflower Seeds.

Mix together with 1 banana and 4 pitted dates, 1 teaspoon Organic Vanilla extract.

Spread on teflex sheets  and Dehydrate overnight (105 degrees f) or until crispy.

Vanilla Almond Milk:

  • 3 T Raw Almond Butter
  • 2 Cups pure Water
  • 1 twist of Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1T  Organic Vanilla extract.

Blend until frothy in Blendtec or Vitamix

Put rawnola in bowl and top with strrawberries and young thai coconut meat.

Pour vanilla almond milk over the top…YUM!

Tuesday Smoothie

today’s smoothie: 2 handfuls of spinach 1 small bunch of parsley 1/4 pineapple 6 strawberries 1 avocado (avocado blended with carrot juice and a dash of cayenne pepper makes a great salad dressing) water filtered ice all ingredients are organic.
