Tuesday Smoothie

by Bam on September 21, 2010

today’s smoothie:

2 handfuls of spinach
1 small bunch of parsley
1/4 pineapple
6 strawberries
1 avocado (avocado blended with carrot juice and a dash of cayenne pepper makes a great salad dressing)
water
filtered ice

all ingredients are organic.

Share made us this delicious  breakfast drink this morning.

The balance of sweetness from the fruits offsets any  bitterness from the greens and it slides down a treat!

Enjoy!
